I accept returns on the basis that the piece of jewellery being returned has not been worn, damaged or altered by you. It must be in a re-saleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seal on the clear grip bag has been tampered with or removed.
Please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return it & you have a further 14 days in which to return it to me.
On receipt of your return, I'll process a refund within 24 hours (usually the same day though).
Please be aware that I can't process a refund unless I've received the perfect item. So you may wish to use Signed For postage as Royal Mail won't compensate for jewellery lost in the post.
