Sorry, absolutely no returns for personalised custom designs. The likelihood of finding another customer who wishes to purchase that same exact design is very slim and unfortunately we will take the risk. We hope you understand this decision.

All other returns are acceptable within the first seven days of delivery, following the date of the original delivery. Delivery date will be confirmed by a tracking delivery with the chosen courier provider, irrespective of the time it was delivered that day. 

Buyer will pay for the cost of postage to return this item to the return address.

If the item is damaged in transit the cost of the postage will be refunded once and only a valid claim has been successful and the original cost of postage is refunded to us, the seller. This will then be passed on to you, the buyer, without any deductions. The postage refund limit is capped at total paid upon original purchase to us, the seller. 

If you are unhappy in any way with your product please contact us immediately via email to overtherhinebow@mail.com stating the reason for your dissatisfaction. This must be done in the first seven days from the date of the original delivery. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any reason from the eighth day onwards, following the date of the original delivery.
